Mission
Tray Bien® started with a desire to bring innovative and functional travel solutions to the economy class traveler. As frequent travelers with a mobile lifestyle, our design team has experienced all of the familiar issues with economy class travel and hence, the Tray Bien® carry on and in-flight workstation was born.
About the Owner
Laura Romero
Leveraging her love for travel and experience developing successful entrepreneurial partner strategies in the technology industry, Laura launched La Femme Voyage LLC to market and sell the Tray Bien® carry-on and in-flight workstation. As co-creator of the patented travel bag, she collaborated on the initial design concepts, sourced manufacturers, conducted market research and feasibility assessments and learned how to turn an idea into a business. Another passion of Laura’s is raising awareness and funding for cancer research and supporting multiple philanthropic organizations, for which a portion of Tray Bien® proceeds are donated annually.
For her day job, Laura is an accomplished business development and channels executive with more than 20 years of deep experience developing highly successful and sustainable global partnerships and programs. She also recognized early success in retail sales, design and merchandising through college studies and work for Macy’s and The Gap.
